Your item is shipped as quickly as possible and usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Some items however, are shipped directly from the manufacture which can cause for the ship times to vary. If you are needing your item immediately then we highly suggest you contact an Outfitter PRIOR to placing your oder to help determine how quickly the product can be received. 

RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience at Rustic Nation Outfitter's to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple return policy below. RETURN INFORMATION

  •  An item is only eligible for return within 5 calendar days of receipt.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or at Rustic NationOutfitter's sole discretion.
  • A restocking fee may apply and will be clearly determined by R.N.O and disclosed to you, the customer, prior toauthorizing the return. 
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip emailed to you at the time of purchase, along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.
  • Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 1 day of receipt.
  • Customized apparel is non-returnable.
  • ALL Swimwear is non-returnable due to safety and health standards. 
  • All earrings whether sold separately or within a set is non-returnable due to health and safety standards. 
    • IF the item is broken upon receipt and is still in original packing then a return may be authorized at R.N.O's discreation. 
  • Original Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • We do not conduct exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return for a store credit and then place a new order online.
    • We can not, however, guarantee that the item will be available in the new size or color you are requesting. 
 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

 Please email your request to rnocustomerinfo@gmail.com  and an Outfitter will start the return process as quickly aspossible. A return authorization number will be issued once your return has been approved via the guidelines mentioned above. 

You must include a copy of the invoice emailed to you at the time of your order along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Rustic Nation Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, therefore, we HIGHLY recommend that you send your return merchandise through an insured courier with a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

  • Keep a copy for your records should a claim need to be made.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 623-930-0062 immediately after making your purchase or send us an email to rnocustomerinfo@gmail.com

We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm MST Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm and CLOSED Sunday's. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
